METHODS
& PROCESS

By understanding our partners' needs through more than 15 years of experience, we have standardized a closed process for COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGING SOLUTIONS. From design consulting to delivery, every step is strictly controlled to optimize time and cost.

Japanese & International Standards

Operating on WCM (World Class Manufacturing) model

CLOSED PROCESS

1. Needs Survey

Understand product characteristics, transportation requirements, and budget to advise on the optimal packaging structure.

1
2. Structural Design

Create 2D/3D drawings, calculate load-bearing capacity, bursting strength, and compression to ensure absolute safety for goods.

2
3. Mockup Run

Produce actual samples for customers to check fit and print colors before deciding on mass production.

3
4. Standard Materials

Use imported paper sources (Oji, Hansol...) to ensure the most stable technical parameters.

4
5. Printing & Corrugating

Operating on BHS corrugating line (Germany) and high-speed Flexo/Offset printers, producing authentic colors.

5
6. Die-cutting & Finishing

Automatic die-cutting machine accurate to the millimeter. Hot foil stamping, UV coating, strong and aesthetic stapling.

6
7. QC Lab Testing

The Lab strictly evaluates edge crush, measures moisture, and tests colors before allowing stock out.

7
8. On-site Logistics

Carefully shrink-wrapped, palletized and delivered on Just-In-Time schedule for the customer's production line.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Incoming Material Control (IQC)

Periodically evaluate capacity and select paper suppliers (Oji, Vina Kraft...).
Check CO/CQ certificates of newly imported shipments.
Take visual test samples: color, smoothness, paper scratch defects.
Measure physical parameters at the Lab: Moisture, grammage (GSM).

Production Control (PQC)

Compare the actual print with the Proof (sample print) before mass running.
Control temperature and glue at the corrugator to prevent peeling.
Workers self-check and cross-QC after each operation (Die-cutting, Gluing).
Immediately remove and isolate scrap, avoiding mixing with good packages.

Finished Product Control (OQC)

Randomly sample to measure box compression test (BCT), bursting strength.
Strapping, wrapping with PE shrink film for standard moisture protection.
Check labels, barcodes, and quantity before loading onto the truck.
Finished goods warehouse area complies with fire safety, is clean, and well-ventilated.
